On 25th Feb 2024, Aaron Bushnell set himself on fire in Washington DC in front of Israeli embassy. He was against colonizers massacring Palestinians.
Before dousing himself with a flammable liquid and lighting himself, he said he was protesting what people has been experiencing in Palestine at the hand of their colonizers and declared that he will no longer be complicit in genocide.
As he was burning, he repeatedly shouted: „Free Palestine „ “Free Palestine „ “Free Palestine „
Popular Front for Liberation of Palestine released a Statement honoring Bushnell, describing the act as the “highest sacrifice and medal”.
The 25th of February will always be Aaron Bushnell’s self-scarifying Memorial Day in which, is imprinted the deeply injured human conscious of this era, due to nonstop massacre in Palestine by colonizers.
Let us call 25th of February, the Aaron Bushnell day!
He was not the first US protestor self-immolating against Israeli massacre in Palestine.
On the 1st of Dec 2023, the first person set himself in fire reacting for the same reason. He was left with critical injuries. His name has not been revealed by the police of Atlanta. He responded after Pentagons press conference: “our support for Israel is inherent right to defend itself in Ironclad”.
The US imprudence helping Israel in this massacre is disgusting.
The greed for Gaza Gas, has blinded their eyes. They are no humans. The savagery and greed of these monsters are revealing their anti-human ideology.
